From a Final Year Project to EMaS
EMaS began as a Final Year Project, brought to life by three original members: Nas Amin, Nur Juma Binti Sakri, and Puteri Syaqera Binti Irwan. Under the guidance of our project supervisor, En Muhammad Ameen Bin Atan, we set out to solve a practical challenge: making event organisation simpler, more efficient, and more accessible.
As the project grew, so did our team. We welcomed Mohamad Farid Hadi Bin Mohd Fauzi and Ahmad Taufiq Bin Ahmad Eidi Sefian, whose ideas and contributions helped us develop EMaS further. Together, we continued refining the platform, learning from each challenge and building on the foundations laid by our original members.
Our journey reached a proud milestone when EMaS was crowned Information Technology & Communication Champion at IDEA 2025. The project also earned a Gold Award at the international-level World Innovation in STEM Competition 2025 (WINSTEM 2025). These achievements recognise the creativity, dedication, and teamwork behind EMaS.
What started as an academic project has grown into a shared commitment to improving how events are managed. As we continue developing EMaS, our purpose remains the same: to help organisers spend less time on administration and more time creating meaningful experiences.
